Innovation in the Civil Construction
The challenge
Making a digital transformation happen in a company that depends on many processes, people and resources to execute its objectives is not an easy task. Understanding this challenge, the objective of the project was to foster a culture of innovation in a traditional construction company.
Methodologies
Development of a method, based on the Law of Diffusion of Innovation, to find collaborators willing to start a transformation in the organization.
Actions taken:
- Research on methods of engagement
- Development of dynamics and workshops
- Supervision of dynamics and consolidation of results obtained
Planning of the entire digital transformation trail, done in a visual way, and aligned with the vision of the stakeholders.

- Definition and design of trail stages
- Alignments with stakeholders and planning of next steps
With the aim of better understanding the organization’s key processes, better directing the project and assisting in the transformation, interviews were conducted with specialists from different areas.

- Creation of dynamics and workshops
- Conducting the interviews
- Analysis and consolidation of information collected
Results
Together with the client, it was possible to create a working group composed of committed people from different areas of the company and with complementary skills. As a result, the company and its employees adopted a mindset of constant innovation and improvement.
